Join us for a special farm-to-table dinner supporting Kent Gilkerson for West Virginia Senate.
Meet candidates, current officeholders, community leaders, and neighbors who share our commitment to bringing positive change to West Virginia. All candidates and current officeholders who support good change for the people of our state are warmly invited to attend.
County organizations, unions, community groups, businesses, and other supporters are invited to host a table.
Farm-to-Table Menu:
First Course: Roasted pumpkin bisque with toasted pepitas and spiced coconut cream
Second Course: Mixed greens with candied pepitas, dried cranberries, pickled onions, fresh apple, and warm spiced maple-balsamic dressing
Smoked Chicken Entrée: Chicken breast seasoned with herbs and spices and slowly smoked, served with farm-fresh green beans with onion and black pepper and a pepper salad with honey-basil-lime dressing
Vegan Entrée: Acorn squash stuffed with aromatic vegetables, dried apples, gluten-free bread, herbs, and spices, served with farm-fresh green beans and a sautéed corn-and-pepper salad with honey-basil-lime dressing
Dessert Choices:
Chocolate Brownie served with strawberries and traditional ice cream
Vegan Apple Crisp served with oat milk ice cream
Dietary Information: The soup, salad, smoked chicken entrée, and vegan entrée are gluten-free and dairy-free. The vegan apple crisp with oat milk ice cream is also gluten-free and dairy-free. The chocolate brownie is served with traditional dairy ice cream.
